CV-TEC will hold a forum to assess the training needs of local businesses and industries.

Discussion topics will include employee and training opportunities for area businesses, short- and long-term employment and training needs, an overview of the Assembling Industry: Manufacturing & Education program, an overview of the National Work Readiness Credential, and an overview of the National Retail Federation/Customer Service Credential.

The forum will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Oct. 14, at CV-TEC’s campus in Mineville. Organizers are asking those interested to RSVP by Sept. 25 by calling Diane Leavine at 518-561-0100 ext. 236.
