Resource Toolkit

Resources for Adirondack Businesses and Community Partners

The ROOST team has prepared a resource toolkit for our business and community partners to use during these unprecedented times. The following tools have been made available to assist our partners with their paid strategy as well as organic channels such as our websites, blogs, and social media. By staying engaged and continuing to build relationships with our travelers, the Adirondacks will be in a much stronger position to emerge as a destination.

NOTE: As we continue to navigate through the different phases of the “Pathway Forward Strategy,” we will be continuing to add resources to this toolkit so be sure to check back.

"Politely Adirondack" Signage

ROOST has developed a collection of posters, printable handouts, outdoor installations, and more to help our community and business partners as they navigate through the stages of reopening.

#LoveYourADK Toolkit

Education is key in bridging the gap between tourism and environmental stewardship. To help, ROOST is offering a toolkit containing a set of Love Your ADK web banners and social posts for Adirondack businesses to use. These will help promote the new Love Your ADK site, an initiative to help educate first-time outdoor recreators on Leave No Trace principles and other Adirondack information.

If you have any questions regarding this toolkit, please contact: Savannah Doviak (Savannah@roostadk.com)

Media Resources

The following resources are available for our Adirondack business partners to use on their websites and social media channels. To use, please be sure to download the images and videos to your computer or device first, and then upload them to your accounts to share. If there is a particular image you are looking for, please feel free to contact your regional ROOST representative or email info@roostadk.com.

Social Media Toolkit

What should I post on social media? This is a question we often ask ourselves. As we navigate through these unprecedented times, this question feels even more complicated. Who is our audience? Is this information relevant to them? Am I being sensitive? Am I wasting my time?

To help provide a starting point and some inspiration, we have put together a short social media toolkit to help you stay engaged and relevant on social media during the “Mitigation Phase.”
