Get your ADK Work & Play Photo ID Card
There are 3 ways to get your ADK Work & Play Photo ID Card:
1. Your employer can submit your name along with a headshot photo, we will process and either mail or drop off the cards to the business
2. You may submit via email the application and attach your photo. You will be contacted when card is ready for pick up.
3. You may come to the Lake Placid Visitors Bureau to get your card. (Depending upon visitor traffic, cards may not be immediately available through this option.)
