Kelly BrunetteSaranac Lake, adirondacks, usa —The Regional Office of Sustainable Tourism (ROOST) is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly Brunette as the Saranac Lake Regional Marketing Manager.  

In her new role, Brunette will serve as a liaison between community stakeholders, travelers, and ROOST, and support the implementation of destination marketing strategies for Saranac Lake.

Brunette has been a resident of Saranac Lake for 10 years, and lives there with her husband and two children. She has most recently worked in the Village of Saranac Lake’s community development department for more than eight and a half years.

“I put roots down in Saranac Lake because I’m passionate about this community and the quality of life we enjoy here,” said Brunette. “As I did in my role at the Village, I look forward to working with the Chamber of Commerce, the Village, the Town and members of the community toward increased economic vitality through tourism by promoting the very experiences that make it such a wonderful place to live.”  

“Kelly has already hit the ground running,” said James McKenna, ROOST CEO. “Her in-depth knowledge of the community’s dynamic human resources, as well as the destination’s tourism assets make her the ideal person to lead collaborative efforts to promote Saranac Lake.” 

ROOST is the accredited destination marketing organization (DMO) responsible for promoting Essex, Hamilton and Franklin counties in the Adirondacks of New York. The Saranac Lake Regional Marketing Manager works from an office shared with the Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce at the North Elba Town Hall and Visitors Center.
